Returns & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products

Each item in our store is made especially for you as soon as your order is placed. Because of this print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please check our size guides and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@esparamigente.com. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll review your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order Issues & Lost Packages

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected time frame or tracking stops updating, contact us so we can assist in locating or replacing your package.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Returns Address

Because our products are fulfilled by Printful, returns should not be sent to our store address. If a return is authorized, we’ll provide you with the correct facility address for processing.
